Zhuhai AOPA Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. was established in 2016 in Hengqin, Zhuhai (registration no. P1060970), with headquarters in Zhuhai and a branch in Beijing. Our core team comes from leading Chinese financial institutions and brings extensive experience across equity investments. AOPA Capital is a key initiative of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association of China (China AOPA) to serve members worldwide through financial capital. Leveraging China AOPA’s professional resources, we focus on the low-altitude economy, AI, new infrastructure, and new energy, partnering with national funds of funds and industry players to deliver integrated solutions covering industry operations, financing, and capital markets for local governments.
Major Shareholder
The Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association of China (China AOPA), our major shareholder, was registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs in 2004. It is the sole legitimate representative of China (including Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) within IAOPA, and a national 5A industry association guided by the Civil Aviation Administration of China, formed voluntarily by aircraft owners and pilots. China AOPA pursues professional, international, and service-oriented development—rooted in general aviation, collaborating across sectors, serving members, and bridging industry needs.
