Investment Manager

Responsibilities

1. Source opportunities in aerospace, new infrastructure, new energy, and related sectors aligned with our investment thesis
2. Conduct background checks and advance deal screening / IC preparation
3. Lead due diligence and investment feasibility analysis
4. Participate in negotiations and closing; manage post-investment value creation and exits

Requirements

1. Master’s degree or above from a leading university (engineering, finance, or related); 3+ years in VC/PE, investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy; entrepreneurial experience preferred
2. Strong industry research and financial analysis skills
3. Familiarity with the full equity investment process and ability to execute independently
4. Self-driven, independent thinker with a commitment to excellence

Investment Intern

Responsibilities

1. Cover aerospace, new energy, and new infrastructure, plus selected opportunistic verticals
2. Collect, organize, and analyze industry, company, and product information (domestic and international)
3. Support research reports, data analysis, and related workstreams
4. Commit to 4+ working days per week for 6+ consecutive months

Requirements

1. Current undergraduate or graduate student at a leading university; proactive with strong fundamentals
2. Eager learner; prior PE/VC internship or entrepreneurial experience preferred
3. Optimistic, adaptable, and action-oriented teammates are welcome
